Panorama is an exhibition organised in the framework of the Lux Design Festival, which I co-curated, co-designed and co-organised together with designer Julie Conrad. Initiated and realised on our own initiative, the project responds to an emerging product design scene in Luxembourg and aims to make this moment visible. Rather than defining what Luxembourgish design should be, Panorama presents a snapshot of a discipline in motion, highlighting diverse approaches and individual practices. The exhibition features 21 works by designers from Luxembourg or working there, ranging from everyday objects to unique pieces. Through a carefully designed scenography, the projects are brought into dialogue, revealing different ways of working with materials, forms and ideas—between tradition, experimentation and innovation—and positioning design as an evolving practice within Luxembourg’s cultural and creative landscape. In parallel, a selection of projects by students from the Lycée des Arts et Métiers is presented, offering insight into emerging voices and future perspectives in design.
